By using our services, you agree to the following:
- Health & Safety: All clients must complete a health screening form before their first session. You must inform your instructor or therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy (specifically for treatments if under 12 weeks).
- Age Requirements: Members must generally be aged 16 or over.
- Payment: All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking or before the service begins.
- Conduct: We maintain a tranquil environment. Clients are expected to respect others’ privacy and follow studio rules regarding hygiene, such as wiping down equipment after use.
- Liability: While we provide expert-led sessions, your participation is at your own risk. The studio is not liable for personal injuries resulting from the misuse of equipment or undisclosed medical conditions.
