Refund Policy

we strive to provide the highest level of service. Our refund guidelines are as follows:

  • Services Rendered: Payments for completed services—including massages, HOTWORX sessions, Pilates classes, and sauna treatments—are non-refundable.
  • Pre-paid Packages & Memberships: Membership fees and pre-paid session packages are generally non-refundable once processed.
  • Product Sales: Bespoke or hygiene-sensitive items, such as custom wellness refreshments or opened beauty products, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Studio Cancellations: If the studio cancels a session or event, you will be offered a full refund or a credit to your account
  • Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure all clients have fair access to our luxury facilities, we enforce a strict cancellation window:

Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations:
   o Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% to 100% of the service cost.
   o No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if the request is made outside the late cancellation window.
